摘  要:为使电缆企业能够整合生产资源、降低生产成本,将精益设计理念引入钢芯铝绞线架空绝缘电缆的钢芯铝绞线导体设计中。详细分析了相关用户推出的技术规范书和国家标准对各规格钢芯铝绞线导体技术要求的异同点,以此制定了导体技术指标(特别是导体电阻和拉断力)精益设计要求,并在导体制作过程中加以严格控制。经测试验证,根据精益设计制作的钢芯铝绞线导体的单丝性能、截面积、电阻、拉断力等性能可同时满足相关用户的技术要求并具有一定安全余量。电缆企业利用精益设计可使产品生产效率化、产品型号规格规范化、产品系列精简化。To enable cable companies to integrate production resources and reduce production costs,the lean design concepts are introduced into the conductor design of steel core aluminum stranded wire overhead insulated cables.The technical specifications released by relevant users and national standards have been analyzed the similarities and differences in the technical requirements for various specifications of steel core aluminum stranded conductors.Based on this,the lean design requirements for conductor technical indicators(especially conductor resistance and breaking strength)have been formulated,and strict control has been implemented during the conductor manufacturing process.After testing and verification,the single wire performance,cross-sectional area,resistance,and breaking strength of the steel core aluminum stranded conductors produced by lean design can meet the technical requirements of relevant users and have a certain safety margin.The use of lean design by cable companies can improve product production efficiency,standardize product model specifications,and simplify product series.
