摘　　要：舰船用电力电缆产品质量的提升对整个舰船装备系统的发展极其重要。对0.6/1kV舰船用电力电缆的执行标准和技术要求进行了介绍,在此基础上针对其结构、电气性能、燃烧性能、物理机械性能相关质量问题进行了原因分析,并提出了相应控制措施。由此,为舰船用电力电缆的设计和制造提供参考,确保舰船用电力电缆产品的安全可靠运行。The improvement of the quality of ship power cable products is extremely important for the development of the entire ship equipment system.The execution standards and technical requirements of 0.6/1 kV ship power cables are introduced.On this basis,the causes of quality problems related to their structure,electrical performance,combustion performance,and physical and mechanical performance are analyzed,and the corresponding control measures are proposed.This provides reference for the design and manufacturing of ship power cables,ensuring the safe and reliable operation of ship power cable products.
