摘  要:涂覆光纤的树脂涂覆均匀性、连续性是紧套光纤直径稳定性和良好剥离性的基础和保证。介绍了现有紧套光纤生产线树脂涂覆装置单瓶压力供胶系统的组成和工作原理,指出其在实际使用过程中存在的缺陷及原因。由此设计了改进的单瓶压力供胶系统和改进的双瓶切换连续压力供胶系统。特别是改进的双瓶压力自动供胶系统不仅可满足全部规格整盘光纤的各类涂覆需求,保持紧套涂覆光纤生产的连续性,节约光纤、护套料和树脂等原材料,提高生产效率,而且同时解决了换胶过程中树脂中易产生气泡的问题,确保供胶的均匀、连续和稳定,提高换胶过程的自动化程度和树脂涂覆质量。The uniformity and continuity of resin coating on coated optical fibers are the foundation and guarantee for the diameter stability and good peeling performance of tight tube optical fibers.The composition and working principle of the single bottle pressure resin supply system of coating device in the existing tight tube optical fiber production line are introduced,and the defects and reasons that exist in its actual use are pointed out.Based on this,an improved single bottle pressure resin supply system and an improved dual bottle switching continuous pressure resin supply system are designed.Especially the improved double bottle pressure automatic resin supply system can meet the various coating requirements of all specifications of the entire optical fiber,maintain the continuity of tightly coated optical fiber production,save raw materials(optical fiber,sheath material,and resin),improve production efficiency,solve the problem of bubbles in the resin during the resin change process,ensure uniform,continuous,and stable resin supply,and improve the automation level during the resin change process and quality of resin coating.
