摘　　要：随着船舶建造过程中光纤光缆铺设量的激增,现有全手工作业和小工具作业的低效施工方式已无法满足施工需求。针对船舶现场施工专用夹具治具偏少、照明条件不佳、作业空间狭小等情况设计了一款船舶现场航空连接器光纤连接用多功能工具箱。该工具箱主要由点胶、烘烤、研磨、专用安装治具等模块组成。通过快速展开和收纳工具箱中全部模块,施工人员可单独高质量高可靠地完成插针灌胶、烘烤固化、光纤研磨、连接器组装所有操作。经实际应用,该工具箱可以满足船舶现场大量航空连接器的快速光纤连接需求,同时降低单根光纤连接成本,提高光纤连接效率和质量。With the surge of optical fiber and optical cable laying during ship construction,the existing inefficient construction methods of manual and small tool operations can no longer meet the construction needs.A multifunctional toolbox for fiber optic connection of aviation connectors on ship sites has been designed to address issues such as insufficient specialized clamps and fixtures for ship construction,poor lighting conditions,and limited working space.The toolbox mainly consists of modules such as dispensing,baking,grinding,and specialized installation fixtures.By quickly unfolding and storing all modules in the toolbox,construction personnel can independently complete all operations of pin gluing,baking and curing,fiber grinding,and connector assembly with high quality and reliability.Through practical application,the toolbox can meet the fast fiber optic connection needs of a large number of aviation connectors on ship sites,while reducing the cost of single fiber optic connection and improving the efficiency and quality of fiber optic connection.
