数字化助推我国农业现代化建设机制与路径研究——基于省级面板数据的经验证据

摘　　要：数字化是推进农业现代化的重要路径。本文基于2011-2022年我国30个省(自治区、直辖市)面板数据,建立数字化与农业现代化的指标体系,使用双向固定面板模型实证分析数字化对农业现代化的影响。结果表明:(1)从全国整体上看,数字化对农业现代化起到显著的正向推动作用;(2)数字化通过提升农业生产效率、降低农业生产成本,提升农业现代化水平;(3)数字化对农业现代化的影响具有区域异质性。具体而言,我国不同区位数字化程度不尽相同,为西部地区的农业现代化水平提升带来了较高的边际效益;数字化对粮食主产区和非粮食主产区的农业现代化均具有显著的助推作用。其中,对非粮食主产区的影响较为明显。基于此,要有针对性地利用数字化优化农业生产流程和改善农业生产方式;着力通过数字化促进农民合作经营和提升农业经营效率;因地制宜加快构建涉农产业数字化政策支持体系。Digitalization is an essential pathway to promote agricultural modernization.Based on the panel data of 30 provinces in China from 2011 to 2022,this paper establishes an index system of digitalization and agricultural modernization and uses a two-way fixed-effects panel model to empirically analyze the impact of digitalization on agricultural modernization.The results show that:(1)Overall,digitalization has a significant positive effect on agricultural modernization in China;(2)Digitalization promotes agricultural modernization by improving agricultural production efficiency and reducing agricultural production costs;(3)The impact of digitalization on agricultural modernization has regional heterogeneity.Specifically,the degree of digitalization varies in different regions of China.Digitalization brings higher marginal benefits to the improvement of agricultural modernization in the western region.Digitalization has a significant promoting effect on agricultural modernization in both major grain-producing areas and non-major grain-producing areas,with a more pronounced impact on the latter.Based on these findings,it is necessary to use digitalization to optimize agricultural production processes and improve agricultural production methods in a targeted manner.Efforts should be made to promote farmers’cooperative management and improve agricultural management efficiency through digitalization.It is also important to accelerate the construction of a digital-related policy support system for agricultural industries in a location-specific manner.
