摘　　要：以人民为中心的医疗服务价格改革,是当前我国医疗改革的重要方向。如何确保医疗服务能够更好地满足人民群众的健康需求,成为我国需要解决的重大现实问题。坚持以人民为中心的发展思想是对马克思主义人民观的发展,在以人民为中心的发展思想指引下,形成了受患者需求端、医疗机构和医药企业供给端影响,医保机构和其他政府与社会部门价格监督的医疗服务价格体系格局。医疗服务价格改革解决人民“看病难”“看病贵”和“不易看好病”的问题,并通过试点改革、“三医协同”和薪酬管理制度改革提升医疗服务质量。未来,以人民为中心为根本宗旨,应扩大改革试点规模,缩小城乡医疗服务差距,加强价格监督。The reform of medical service pricing that is centered around the people is an important direction for current healthcare reform in China.How to ensure that medical services better meet the health needs of the populace has become a significant practical issue that needs to be addressed.Adhering to the development philosophy that puts people first is an evolution of the Marxist view of the people.Under the guidance of this people-centered development philosophy,a medical service price system has formed,which is influenced by patient demand on one end and the supply from medical institutions and pharmaceutical companies on the other,while being monitored by health insurance institutions and other government and social departments.The reform of medical service pricing addresses the issues of“difficult access to medical care”,“high costs of medical treatment”“,the challenge of successfully treating illnesses”,and enhances the quality of medical services through pilot reforms,“three medical collaborations”,and improvements in the salary management system.In the future,with the people-centered approach as the fundamental purpose,it is necessary to expand the scale of reform pilots,narrow the urban-rural gap in medical services,and strengthen price supervision.
