摘　　要：新一代信息技术应用推动供应链金融信用基础扩大化、风险控制精准化和资本渠道多元化发展。为了适应这一趋势,政府出台了一系列创新政策规范、引导和支持供应链金融健康、良性发展,例如,完善公共数据开放平台、调整和完善监管制度、加强突出问题治理、加快交易所建设、强化统一登记公示并推出配套政策等。为进一步完善供应链金融政策,需要健全风险控制体系,保障金融市场平稳运行,持续加强金融市场治理能力,适应金融市场演化发展,完善信息披露体制机制,支撑数据信用发展。The application of new-generation information technologies has driven the expansion of credit foundations,precise risk control,and diversified capital channels in supply chain finance.To adapt to these trends,governments have introduced a series of innovative policies to regulate,guide,and support the healthy and sound development of supply chain finance.These measures include improving public data open platforms,adjusting and refining regulatory systems,strengthening the governance of prominent issues,accelerating the construction of exchanges,enhancing unified registration and disclosure,and launching supporting policies.To further improve supply chain finance policies,it is necessary to establish a robust risk control system to ensure the stable operation of financial markets,continuously enhance financial market governance capabilities,adapt to the evolution of financial markets,and improve information disclosure mechanisms to support the development of data-driven credit.
