摘　　要：提升我国电信产品贸易网络地位,对我国嵌入国际高技术产品贸易网络、推动技术进步、加速迈向制造强国具有重要意义。本文选取38个国家电信产品进出口贸易数据,运用社会网络和可视化工具描绘各国电信产品时空演化特征,实证检验一国贸易网络地位对该国技术进步的影响。研究发现:随着国际分工的深入,电信产品贸易网络具有自稳定性和渐进性,一些发展中国家越来越靠近网络中心,技术溢出可以通过贸易网络效应和扩散效应迅速扩展到网络中的各国。受网络外部性影响,网络中心性对技术的促进作用存在异质性,核心国仍占据主导地位,能够从贸易网络中获得更多的技术溢出。基于此,应深化区域贸易投资合作,积极推动贸易多元化发展,充分发挥贸易网络效应。Enhancing the status of China’s telecommunications product trade network holds significant importance for embedding China into the international high-tech product trade network,promoting technological progress,and accelerating its journey toward becoming a manufacturing powerhouse.This paper selects import-export trade data of telecommunications products from 38 countries,employs social network analysis and visualization tools to depict the spatiotemporal evolution characteristics of national telecommunications product trade,and empirically examines the impact of a country’s trade network position on its technological advancement.The findings reveal that with the deepening of international division of labor,the telecommunications product trade network exhibits self-stability and gradual evolution.Some developing countries are increasingly approaching the network center,and technology spillovers can rapidly propagate to countries within the network through trade network effects and diffusion mechanisms.Influenced by network externalities,the technological promotion effect of network centrality demonstrates heterogeneity.Core countries still dominate the network and can obtain greater technology spillovers from trade networks.Based on these insights,it is recommended to deepen regional trade and investment cooperation,actively promote trade diversification,and fully leverage the effects of trade networks.
