摘　　要：在“双碳”目标和世界一流企业建设要求下,电网企业作为骨干型国有企业,其综合绩效日益受到关注。本文从提质增效、服务升级、价值创造、电网运营、科技创新、现代管理六个维度构建电网企业综合绩效评价指标体系,提出基于LBWA-反熵权法和GRA-MARCOS的评价模型,通过算例分析验证了模型的有效性。研究结果表明:科技创新、电网运营和现代管理是电网企业综合绩效的核心体现,经营成效和服务水平是支撑企业高质量发展的重要方面,低碳转型发展策略和研发投入强度是影响电网企业综合绩效的关键指标。基于此,应强化研发投入,提升电网企业科技创新能力;优化电网运营管理体系,提升电网企业服务水平;制定低碳发展战略,推动电网企业绿色转型。Under the requirements of the“dual carbon”goal and the construction of world-class enterprises,as a backbone state-owned enterprise,the comprehensive performance of power grid enterprises is increasingly receiving attention.This paper constructs a comprehensive performance evaluation index system for power grid enterprises from six dimensions:improving quality and efficiency,upgrading services,creating value,power grid operation,technological innovation,and modern management.Then,an evaluation model based on LBWA-anti-entropy weight method and GRA-MARCOS is proposed,and the effectiveness of the model is verified through case analysis.The research results indicate that technological innovation,power grid operation,and modern management are the core manifestations of the comprehensive performance of power grid enterprises.Operational effectiveness and service level are important aspects supporting the high-quality development of enterprises.The low-carbon transformation development strategy and R&D investment intensity are key indicators affecting the comprehensive performance of power grid enterprises.Based on this,it should strengthen R&D investment and enhance the technological innovation capabilities of power grid enterprises;Optimize the power grid operation management system and enhance the service level of power grid enterprises;Develop low-carbon development strategies and promote the green transformation of power grid enterprises.
