摘　　要：文化导向的城市有机更新将城市看作一个有机生命体来塑造城市文化空间、提升城市文化吸引力和竞争力,强调顺应城市文脉、尊重城市内在秩序和规律。党的十八大以来,以习近平同志为核心的党中央始终高度重视红色资源保护与红色基因传承。红色基因是新时代中国共产党人的精神力量源泉,同时也是城市秩序和精神的内核。城市有机更新和红色基因传承之间同频共振、共融共生,二者的一致性具体表现在价值引领的同向性、文化使命的同质性以及人民立场的同源性。在城市有机更新中赓续党的红色血脉,重在实现红色文化空间的当代建构,处理好传统与现代、保护与传承之间的关系,深刻把握空间、文化与人的互动互促,最终达成红色基因传承与历史风貌延续的统一、与当代现实生活的融通、与多元文化需求的交汇。Culture-oriented urban organic renewal regards the city as an organic life to shape the urban cultural space,enhance the attractiveness and competitiveness of urban culture,and emphasize conforming to the urban context and respecting the internal order and laws of the city.Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the CPC Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at the core has always attached great importance to the protection of red resources and the inheritance of revolutionary tradition.The revolutionary tradition is the source of spiritual strength of the Chinese Communists in the new era,and it is also the“root”and“soul”of a city.The consistency between urban organic renewal and red gene inheritance is embodied in the homogeneity of value leadership,the homogeneity of cultural mission,and the homology of people's positions.The focus of continuing the party's red blood in the organic renewal of the city lies in profoundly grasping the interactive relationship between space,culture and people,and finally achieving the unity of the inheritance of revolutionary tradition and the continuation of historical features,the integration with contemporary real life,and the convergence of multicultural needs.
