区域经济发展与空气质量的空间耦合关系——来自京津冀面板数据的实证检验

摘　　要：经济发展与空气质量的协调对实现可持续发展具有重要意义。本文基于2014—2023年京津冀城市群面板数据,利用耦合协调度、空间自相关模型、灰色关联度模型等方法探讨了经济发展与空气质量的耦合协调水平及其空间相关性和影响因素。研究发现,2014—2023年京津冀城市群经济发展水平“单核”发展趋势较强,空气质量水平“多核”发展趋势显现;经济发展与空气质量的耦合协调度在时序上呈整体上升趋势,在空间上,呈明显的“中心—外围”异质化特征;耦合协调度具有较强的空间集聚效应,主要存在H-H、L-L的空间关联模式,“低值锁定”现象明显;影响因素的关联程度较高,从大到小依次为政府财政水平、科技创新重视程度、人口城市化水平、市场化水平、交通基础设施、产业结构高级化。The coordination between economic development and air quality is of great significance for achieving sustainable development.Based on the panel data of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei city cluster from 2014 to 2023,this paper uses coupling coordination degree,spatial autocorrelation model,grey correlation degree model and other methods to explore the coupling coordination level of economic development and air quality and its spatial correlation and influencing factors.It is found that from 2014 to 2023,the economic development level of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei city cluster has a strong“single-core”development trend,and the air quality level has a“multi-core”development trend.The coupling coordination degree of economic development and air quality showed an overall upward trend in time series,and showed an obvious“center-periphery”heterogeneity in space.The coupling coordination degree has a strong spatial agglomeration effect,and there are mainly H-H and L-L spatial correlation patterns,and the“low value locking”phenomenon is obvious.The correlation degree of influencing factors is relatively high.From the largest to the smallest,it is the level of government finance,the degree of scientific and technological innovation,the level of population urbanization,the level of marketization,transportation infrastructure,and the upgrading of industrial structure.
