摘　　要：心力衰竭是各种心血管病的终末阶段,具有全球高发病率和高病死率的特点,尽管积极的药物治疗使部分心力衰竭患者症状缓解,延长寿命,但心力衰竭一旦发病,往往呈断崖式进展,所以心力衰竭相关的发病率和死亡率依然很高。器械治疗是心力衰竭患者不可或缺的治疗方式。近年来,心力衰竭的器械治疗不断进展,为心力衰竭患者带来新的曙光,主要包括心脏除颤器械、心脏再同步化治疗器械、心脏收缩力调节器、房间隔分流装置、经导管二尖瓣缘对缘修复、人工心脏,本文将对其进行简要综述。Heart failure,featured with high incidence and mortality rates,is the end stage of various cardiovascular diseases.Although the symptom relief that active pharmacotherapy provides may give some life⁃extension to patients,the incidence and mortality related to heart failure remain high because it often develops in a cliff⁃like manner once it exists.Device therapy is an indispensable treatment option for heart⁃failure attacked patients.In recent years,the progress in the field of device therapy for heart failure has brought new hope to patients.These devices include cardiac defibrillation devices,cardiac resynchronization therapy devices,cardiac contractility modulation devices,atrial septal defect closure devices,transcatheter mitral valve edge⁃to⁃edge repair,and artificial heart.This article provides a brief overview of each.
