党内法规学教材的“三个面向”——从刘练军教授《党内法规学讲义》说起

摘　　要：党内法规学科建设催生了一系列党内法规学教材,刘练军教授独著的《党内法规学讲义》即为其中之一。随着党内法规学教材的日渐增多,教材建设同样需要进行“供给侧结构性改革”,思考“我们需要怎样的党内法规学教材”。优良的党内法规学教材应面向教学活动,经受教学活动的检验,作者也要有丰富的教学经验。同时,因党内法规学乃是一门新兴学科,诸多理论问题尚未达成共识,故优良的党内法规学教材还应面向学术争鸣,特别是以研究生为受众的专著型教材。再者,优良的党内法规学教材应面向工作实践,兼顾党内法规基础理论和党内法规实施现状,而非单纯的“操作手册”或“工作指南”。The subject construction of intra-party regulations gives birth to a series of intraparty rules and regulations textbooks,one of which is professor Liu Lianjun's Lectures on Intra-party Regulations.With the increasing number of intra-party regulations textbooks,the construction of textbooks should involve“supply-side structural reform”.And we must think over its content.Good intra-party regulations textbooks should include teaching activities which need to be tested.The authors should have rich teaching experience.At the same time,intra-party regulations is a new subject,many theoretical issues have not yet reached a consensus,so good intra-party regulations textbooks should face academic contention,especially the specialized textbooks targeted at postgraduates.Furthermore,good intra-party regulations textbooks should consider working practice,the basic theory of intra-party regulations,and the current situation of intra-party regulations implementation,instead of becoming a simple“operation manual”or“work guide”.
