摘　　要：专门用途英语(ESP)是大学英语教学中的重要组成部分。跨文化交际能力作为ESP教学中的核心要素,直接影响学生在全球化背景下的职业发展和国际交流能力。然而,当前《商务英语》课程在跨文化交际能力培养方面仍存在诸多不足,如教材内容不合理、教学方式单一、师生跨文化交际意识薄弱等问题。因此,研究以《商务英语》课程为切入点,深入分析教学实践中跨文化交际能力培养的现状,有针对性地提出解决策略,帮助学生有效提升跨文化交际能力,从而更好地应对全球化背景下的职业与沟通挑战。English for Specific Purposes(ESP)is a crucial component of college English teaching.Intercultural communicative competence,as a core element of ESP teaching,directly affects students'career development and international communication abilities in the context of globalization.However,the current Business English course still has many shortcomings in the cultivation of intercultural communicative competence,such as unreasonable textbook content,monotonous teaching methods,and weak intercultural awareness among teachers and students.Therefore,this paper takes the Business English course as the entry point,deeply analyzes the current situation of intercultural communicative competence cultivation in teaching practice,and proposes targeted strategies to help students effectively improve their intercultural communicative competence,so as to better meet the challenges of career and communication in the context of globalization.
