公共数字文化资源平台内容组织与服务方式研究——以欧洲数字图书馆Europeana为例

摘　　要：[目的/意义]公共数字文化资源平台在文化资源整合与服务方面具备独特优势,是图书馆、博物馆、档案馆等公共文化机构激活资源优势、提升服务水平的重要手段,调研并总结成熟案例先进经验,为我国相关平台建设提出建议。[方法/过程]选取国内外公共数字文化资源平台,对其资源保存与服务方法进行调研分析,并重点分析Europeana项目在资源组织模式、技术与数字文化资源服务方面的先进探索,提出适应我国公共数字文化资源平台建设的路径。[结果/结论]研究发现,标准化关联数据模型、体系化资源整合网络、开放多元的服务模式是Europeana项目成功的重要因素。我国应借鉴相关经验,在规范数据格式、更新服务理念等方面进行持续改善。[Purpose/Significance]Public digital cultural resource platforms possess unique advantages in cultural resource integration and service.They are crucial tools for public cultural institutions such as libraries,museums,and archives to activate their resource advantages and enhance service levels.Investigating and summarizing the advanced experiences of mature cases can provide recommendations for the construction of related projects in China.[Method/Process]This study selected domestic and international Public digital cultural resource platforms,investigated and analyzed their resource preservation and service methods,and focused on the advanced explorations of the Europeana project in resource organization models,technology,and digital cultural resource services.Then,it proposed relevant optimization paths suitable for local projects.[Result/Conclusion]The research finds that standardized linked data models,systematic resource integration networks,and open and diverse service models are key factors contributing to the success of the Europeana project.Local projects should draw on relevant experiences and continuously improve in standardizing data formats and updating service concepts.
