摘　　要：[目的/意义]德国U15大学联盟高度重视研究数据管理,采取相应措施并取得较好的效果,联盟各高校图书馆的具体服务方式具有借鉴价值。[方法/过程]通过网络调查法和文献调研法,对德国U15大学联盟研究数据管理服务进行深入研究,从服务团队的架构、理念宣传的方式内容、服务内容、校际联盟合作4个方面进行研究和分析。[结果/结论]研究发现,德国U15大学联盟研究数据管理服务具有多维度多方位开展服务和校内外密切合作的特点。基于研究内容,提出构建高校图书馆研究数据管理服务的三步走策略。[Purpose/Significance]The German U15 Alliance has paid much attention to research data management and has taken measures to achieve good results.It is worth learning the experience from what U15 has done.[Method/Process]The paper researched the research data management services of German U15,including service team,ways of propaganda,detailed service content,and university alliance by using Network survey methods and literature research.[Result/Conclusion]The paper analyses the features of research data management services in German U15 and presents some suggestions on research data management services in China.
