摘 要:[目的/意义]旨在实现工艺知识全生命周期管理、系统建模工艺知识全生命周期的业务逻辑、数据特征和应用需求,为知识管理软件开发提供指导。[方法/过程]基于开放组织架构框架(TOGAF)架构设计思想方法,面向计算机辅助工艺设计(CAPP)软件平台,以工艺规程知识为重点,提出工艺知识全生命周期管理的业务架构、数据架构和应用架构。首先,给出基于制造企业工艺业务能力模型的工艺知识分类方案,从工艺设计业务流程角度提出具有多重循环结构的工艺知识全生命周期业务流模型;再统筹考虑研制管理、生产管理和知识管理三个方面的需求,给出工艺规程知识库的数据架构及面向智能信息处理的六维数据结构;最后,给出基于CAPP系统的工艺知识全生命周期管理应用架构,包括系统核心模块、主要功能菜单及智能处理方向。[结果/结论]提出的架构方案在某单位工艺知识管理系统软件研制中得到初步应用和验证,表明所提架构具有可行性和有效性。[Purpose/Significance]In order to realize the full life cycle management of process knowledge and system modeling of the business logic,data characteristics,and application requirements of the full life cycle of process knowledge,it provides guidance for the development of knowledge management software.[Method/Process]Based on the TOGAF architecture design method,oriented to the CAPP software platform,focusing on process knowledge,this paper proposed the business architecture,data architecture,and application architecture of process knowledge lifecycle management.Firstly,a process knowledge classification scheme based on the process business capability model of the manufacturing enterprise was presented,and a process knowledge full lifecycle business flow model with a multi-cycle structure was proposed from the point of view of process design business process.Secondly,considering the requirements of research and development management,production management,and knowledge management,the data structure of process planning knowledge base and six-dimensional data structure for intelligent information processing were given.Thirdly,the application architecture of process knowledge life cycle management based on the CAPP system was provided,including the system core module,main function menu,and intelligent processing direction.[Result/Conclusion]The scheme has been preliminarily applied and verified in the software development of a process knowledge management system,indicating the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed architecture.
