摘　　要：王尔德的《帕多瓦公爵夫人》通过复仇和爱情这两条伦理线展现了人物命运的无常,彰显了非理性意志过度膨胀的危害,蕴含深刻的伦理启示。吉多和公爵夫人在复仇心理的驱使下,其兽性因子征服了人性因子,他们发生了伦理身份错位,偏离了正常生活轨道,走向了悲剧深渊。吉多灵魂逐渐扭曲,陷于伦理困境,先后抛弃友谊和爱情。爱情挫折使公爵夫人从热恋中的女人沦为复仇女神,其疯狂行为既体现对爱情的绝望,也包含对父权制度的反抗。吉多对事物的理想化导致他不能充分地认识并理性地面对现实,是其伦理困境和悲剧的另一个重要成因。他和公爵夫人的一见钟情只是一种受情欲驱动的自然情感,继而产生相互误解和矛盾。认识到自己的过错后,两人重归于好,并双双殉情,实现了从自然情感到道德情感的转化。The Duchess of Padua by Oscar Wilde,containing profound ethical enlightenment,shows the fickleness of the characters'fate through the entangled ethical lines of revenge and love,highlighting the harm caused by the over-expansion of irrational will.Under the drive of revenge,the animal factors within Guido and the Duchess overcome their human factors,resulting in their misplaced ethical identities,deviation from their normal life,and tragic downfall.Spiritually distorted and trapped in ethical dilemma,Guido abandons friendship and love.Frustrated by love,the Duchess is reduced from a lover to a Nemesis,whose insane behavior reflects not only her despair in love,but also her resistance to the patriarchal system.Guido's idealism,another cause of his ethical dilemma and tragedy,disenables him to fully understand and rationally face the reality.Their love at first sight is only a kind of natural emotion driven by passion,followed by the misunderstanding and conflict between them.After realizing their faults and finally expressing their true love,both of them sacrifice their own life for each other,and their love is transformed from natural emotion to moral emotion.
