摘　　要：构建世界遗产监测预警体系是加强世界遗产保护的必然要求,也是提升遗产管理水平的重要手段和途径。笔者简要介绍了我国世界文化遗产监测管理体系现状,详细论述了大足石刻如何以中国世界文化遗产监测技术规范、规则为基础,结合石窟寺及石刻类文化遗产的特点和自身实际需求,构建了一套动态化、信息化、可视化的监测预警体系和运行机制。通过系统地开展监测工作,为大足石刻保护与管理提供了有效的数据支撑和决策依据,使大足石刻逐步实现从被动性保护向主动性保护、从抢救性保护向抢救性与预防性保护并重的方向转变。Building a world heritage monitoring and early warning system is a necessary request and an important method of strengthening protection and improving management of world heritage.This article briefly introduces the status quo of China's world heritage monitoring and management.It also makes a detailed discussion on the Dazu Rock Carvings’dynamic,smart,and visual monitoring and early-warning system and its operation mechanism,which was built on basis of the technical specifications and rules of Chinese world cultural heritage monitoring and to the type features and actual needs of cave temples.Systematic monitoring offers the Dazu Rock Carvings effective data and decision-making references for conservation and management,which further makes the conservation work of Dazu Rock Carvings active prevention rather than passive rescuing.
