钻孔灌注桩后注浆施工及承载力影响因素分析

摘  要:为研究灌注桩的承载性能,文中依托广州市某住宅建筑工程项目,对比分析注浆前后单桩的承载力及沉降量,并研究注浆量以及土层类型对注浆效果的影响。结果表明,注浆后单桩沉降量远低于未注浆沉降量,且沉降量增加速率有所降低。当桩端土层为卵石或砂砾时,注浆后单桩竖向极限承载力为5 300 kN,比地层为黏性土高出13.9%;随着注浆量的增加,后注浆单桩极限承载力呈先快速增加后缓慢增加趋势(注浆量超过1 500 kg);故施工时,应尽量选择卵石或砂砾作为桩端,注浆量不超过1 500 kg为佳。In order to study the bearing capacity of cast-in piles,this paper relies on a residential construction project in Guangzhou to compare and analyze the bearing capacity and settlement amount of single piles before and after grouting,and study the influence of grouting amount and soil layer type on the grouting effect.The results show that the settlement amount of single pile after grouting is much lower than that without grouting,and the increase rate of settlement amount decreases.When the soil layer at the end of the pile is gravel or sand,the vertical ultimate bearing capacity of the single pile after grouting is 5300 kN,which is 13.9%higher than that of the ground is clay.With the increase of grouting amount,the ultimate bearing capacity of post-grouting single pile increases rapidly at first and then slowly(grouting amount exceeds 1500 kg).Therefore,in the actual construction,pebble or sand gravel should be selected as the pile end as far as possible,and the grouting amount should not exceed 1500 kg.
