摘 要:为提升水稳碎石基层施工质量并缩短施工周期,文中以某一级公路为例,对大厚度水泥稳定碎石基层摊铺施工技术进行分析,并根据检测结果对碾压方案进行优化。结果表明,采用初压胶轮压路机和终压钢轮压路机收光可有效提升水稳碎石压实度;工后水稳碎石压实度均超过96%,平整度合格率达到90.3%,满足规范和施工要求、施工质量良好。一次摊铺技术有效提升水稳碎石基层的整体性,缩短了施工周期,减少了剪切破坏,经济效益突出。In order to improve the construction quality of water-stabilized gravel base and shorten the construction period,this paper takes a highway as an example to analyze the construction technology of the large thickness cement stabilized gravel base and optimize the rolling scheme according to the test results.The results show that the compaction degree of water-stabilized stone can be improved effectively by using the initial pressure roller and the final pressure roller.The compaction degree of water stabilized stone after construction is more than 96%,and the pass rate of flatness reaches 90.3%,which meets the specifications and construction requirements,and the construction quality is good.In short,the single paving technology effectively improves the integrity of the water-stabilized gravel base,shortens the construction period,reduces shear damage,and has outstanding economic benefits.
