摘 要:为解决跨黄河大桥深水施工交通通行的问题,文中以德州路西延暨东津黄河大桥项目施工为例,详细介绍了钢便桥结构、桥台设计及施工工艺,并对结构设计进行受力分析验算。计算钢便桥上部Ⅰ25a工字钢、贝雷梁、下横梁Ⅰ45a及钢管桩的稳定性,其承载能力满足10 m^(3)混凝土罐车(50 t)及125 t履带吊设计通行荷载要求。结果表明,钢便桥结构及桥台设计满足现行水域及施工通行需求,确保了钢便桥的安全性、可靠性及经济性。In order to solve the traffic problems of the deep-water construction of the trans-Yellow River Bridge,this paper takes Dezhou Road West extension and Dongjin Yellow River Bridge project as an example,introduces the structure,abutment design and construction technology of the steel bridge in detail,and carries out the force analysis and calculation of the structural design.Through the calculation of the stability of the upper part of the steel bridge I 25a I-beam,Beret beam,lower beam I 45a and steel pipe pile,the bearing capacity can meet the design load requirements of 10 m^(3) concrete tank truck(50 t)and 125 t crawler crane.The results show that the steel bridge structure and abutment design meet the current water area and construction traffic requirements,and ensure the safety,reliability and economy of the bridge during use.
