摘 要:文中以湖南邵东金泉华府项目为例,对地下室顶板荷载设计以及顶部施工方案进行探析,并对工后地下室结构稳定性进行检验,以验证顶板施工优化方案的合理性。通过顶恒荷载、活荷载以及特殊荷载多方结合分析,确定梁筋上翻+增加回顶施工方案;对地震荷载下地下室结构抗震性能的模拟,认为顶板结构最大剪力值与反应谱法剪力值之比均小于规范值120%,证明优化后的顶板施工方案合理,安全可靠,对其他类似实体工程具有一定参考价值。In order to improve the quality of basement construction,this paper takes Jinquan Huafu project in Shaodong,Hunan Province as an example to analyze the roof load design and top construction scheme of the basement,and tests the stability of the basement structure after construction,so as to verify the rationality of the roof construction optimization scheme.Through the combination analysis of the top constant load,live load and special load,the construction scheme of the beam reinforcement is determined.At the same time,the simulation of the seismic performance of the basement structure under earthquake load shows that the ratio of the maximum shear value of the roof structure to the shear value of the response spectrum method is less than 120%of the standard value,which proves that the optimized roof construction scheme is reasonable,safe and reliable,and has certain reference value for other similar solid projects.
