隧道弃渣填筑高速公路路基路用性能研究

摘  要:为了提升隧道弃渣填筑高速公路路基路用性能,文中分析含水量、水泥掺量、压实度对碎石填料无侧限抗压强度、CBR值以及回弹模量值的影响。结果表明:当养护龄期为50 d时,碎石抗压强度趋于稳定,其中不浸水条件为1.73 MPa,浸水条件为1.57 MPa。取样深度越大,CBR值越大,膨胀量越小;压实度越大,CBR值越大,膨胀量越大;回弹模量值随着水泥含量的增加而变大,随着含水量的增加先上升后下降,随着压实度的增加而增大。隧道弃渣碎石基层填料合理取值范围为水泥掺量为2%~6%、含水量为16%~18%、压实度为92%~98%。In order to improve the performance of tunnel slag filling expressway subgrade,the influences of water content,cement content and compacting degree on unconfined compressive strength,CBR value and resilience modulus value of gravel packing were analyzed in this paper.The results show that:When the curing period is 50 days,the compressive strength of the crushed stone tends to be stable,in which the non-soaking condition is 1.73 MPa,and the soaking condition is 1.57 MPa.The larger the sampling depth is,the larger the CBR value is and the smaller the expansion quantity is.The larger the compaction degree is,the larger the CBR value is and the larger the expansion quantity is.The value of rebound modulus increases with the increase of cement content.With the increase of water content,it first increases and then decreases.It increases with the increase of compaction degree.It is determined that the reasonable range of cement content is 2%~6%,water content is 16%~18%,compaction degree is 92%~98%.
