摘  要:为研究废弃陶瓷颗粒对高性能混凝土力学性能的影响,文中选取不同掺量的废弃陶瓷颗粒替代石英砂来制作混凝土试块,并测定其不同龄期的抗压强度、抗折强度和断裂能。结果表明,28 d龄期时,不同掺量陶瓷颗粒高性能混凝土试块抗压强度在124.75~137.45 MPa,满足超高性能混凝土大于120 MPa的强度要求;抗折强度随着陶瓷颗粒含量的增加而增加,范围在15.50~19.63 MPa,相对增幅介于3.47%~26.70%;断裂能在771.65~845.17 J/m^(2),仅在陶瓷颗粒完全替代石英砂时,断裂能略有提升。In order to study the influence of waste ceramic particles on the mechanical properties of high performance concrete,this paper selected different amounts of waste ceramic particles instead of cement to make concrete test blocks,and measured the compressive strength,flexural strength and fracture energy of different ages.The results show that at the age of 28 days,the compressive strength of HPC test blocks with different dosage of ceramic particles ranges from 124.75 to 137.45 MPa,which meets the strength requirement of ultra-high performance concrete exceeding 120 MPa.The bending strength increases with the increase of ceramic particle content,ranging from 15.50 to 19.63 MPa,with a relative increase of 3.47%to 26.70%.The fracture energy ranges from 771.65 to 845.17 J/m^(2),and only when ceramic particles completely replace cement,the fracture energy is slightly increased.
