摘 要:为了提升泡沫混凝土性能,文中以硅灰和聚丙烯纤维作为改性材料,研究其对泡沫混凝土抗压强度和收缩性能的影响,进而确定最优掺量。在此基础上,进一步引入纳米二氧化硅进行改性,探讨其对泡沫混凝土综合性能的影响。结果表明,掺杂硅灰和聚丙烯纤维可以改善泡沫混凝土的抗压强度和干燥收缩。硅灰、聚丙烯纤维和纳米SiO_(2)最优掺量分别为10.0%、0.9%和4.0%,与普通泡沫混凝土相比,其抗压强度上升18.55%,导热系数下降19.23%,表明纳米SiO_(2)可以有效改善泡沫混凝土的抗压强度和保温性能。In order to improve the performance of foamed concrete,silica fume and polypropylene fiber were selected as modified materials to study their effects on compressive strength and shrinkage performance of foamed concrete,and then the optimal dosage was determined.On this basis,nano silica was further introduced to modify the foamed concrete,and its influence on the comprehensive performance was discussed.The results show that doped silica ash and polypropylene fiber can improve the compressive strength and dry shrinkage of foamed concrete.The optimal content of silica ash,polypropylene fiber and nano-SiO_(2) is 10%,0.9%and 4%,respectively.Compared with ordinary foamed concrete,the compressive strength increases by 18.55%,and the thermal conductivity decreases by 19.23%,which indicates that nano-SiO_(2) can effectively improve the compressive strength and thermal insulation performance of foamed concrete.
