摘 要:文中针对卸车过程中轨枕易出现表层劈裂掉块的现象,进行了轨枕不同养护制度的芯部与表层弹性模量试验,以及芯部与表层的应力变化监测。结果发现,不同养护制度下,芯部与表层混凝土抗压强度和弹性模量存在差异。若养护不当,在放松应力的瞬间,芯部与表层混凝土在应力作用下,收缩差值可能达到39以上,预应力轨枕内外应力层状梯度差别是导致现场层状脆性掉块的主要原因。这间接验证了轨枕养护制度的科学合理性,验证了短时高温养护对轨枕的损伤处置效果,呼吁轨枕制造厂家需坚决杜绝每天双班生产和高温养护。According to the phenomenon that the surface layer of the sleeper is prone to splitting and falling off during the unloading process,technicians were organized to conduct elastic modulus tests of the core and the surface layer of the sleeper under different maintenance systems,and the stress changes of the core and the surface layer were monitored,and the differences in compressive strength and elastic modulus between the core and the surface concrete under different maintenance systems were found.If the maintenance is not proper,the difference of shrinkage between the core concrete and the surface concrete under stress may reach more than 39 at the moment of stress relaxation.It is concluded that the layered step difference of stress inside and outside the prestressed sleeper is the main reason for the layer brittle block fall in the field.Indirectly verified the scientific rationality of the development of the sleeper maintenance system,and the damage of short-term high temperature maintenance on the sleeper,and called on the sleeper manufacturer to resolutely put an end to daily double shift production and high temperature maintenance.
