摘 要:为提高市政排水管道弯头密封性能,文中进一步研究了不同密封垫片厚度、高度及压缩比条件下的垫片应力变化,为弯头密封性的设计提供参数。结果表明,密封垫片的拉应力先增大后减小,而密封垫片的压应力随着密封垫片厚度增加,呈先增加后下降趋势。当密封垫片厚度为8 mm时,压应力高达19 MPa,较密封垫片5 mm增加了90%。随着垫片高度的增加,密封垫片压应力和拉应力均呈先增加后下降趋势,而压应力和拉应力越大,越有助于提高垫片的密封效果。当密封垫片高度为5 mm时,压应力及拉应力的数值较小,分别为20 MPa及8 MPa。接触压力随着压缩比的增加呈先增大后下降趋势,而当压缩比为20%时,不同冲击压力条件下的接触压力数值均大于排水管道液压,说明密封垫片压缩比为20%时,具有较好的密封性能。In order to improve the sealing performance of municipal drainage pipeline elbows,this paper further studies the stress changes of gaskets under different sealing gasket thicknesses,heights,and compression ratios,providing parameters for the design of elbow sealing performance.The results indicate that the tensile stress of the sealing gasket first increases and then decreases,while the compressive stress of the sealing gasket shows a trend of first increasing and then decreasing with the increase of sealing gasket thickness.When the thickness of the sealing gasket is 8 mm,the compressive stress reaches up to 19 MPa,an increase of 90%compared to the sealing gasket of 5 mm.As the height of the gasket increases,both the compressive stress and tensile stress of the sealing gasket show an increasing trend followed by a decreasing trend.The greater the compressive stress and tensile stress,the better the sealing effect of the gasket.When the height of the sealing gasket is 5 mm,the values of compressive stress and tensile stress are relatively small,at 20 MPa and 8 MPa,respectively.The contact pressure increases first and then decreases with the increase of compression ratio.When the compression ratio is 20%,the contact pressure values under different impact pressure conditions are all greater than the hydraulic pressure of the drainage pipeline,indicating that the sealing gasket has good sealing performance when the compression ratio is 20%.
