碳纤维加固钢筋混凝土桥梁力学性能研究

摘  要:为探究碳纤维加固对钢筋混凝土梁力学性能的影响,文中选取4根经过碳纤维加固的钢筋混凝土梁与1根未加固的钢筋混凝土梁进行弯曲试验,对其抗弯性能进行对比分析,深入研究了不同粘贴面积及不同碳纤维层数对梁抗弯性能的影响。结果表明,经过碳纤维加固的混凝土梁在跨中截面基本符合平面假定;碳纤维加固后的混凝土梁的屈服载荷和极限载荷得到显著提升,屈服载荷从35 kN提升至50 kN,且随着碳纤维粘贴层数的增加,屈服载荷从50 kN提高至65 kN,加固效果显著,可有效提升梁的整体刚度。In order to explore the influence of carbon fiber reinforcement on the mechanical properties of reinforced concrete beams,this study selected 4 reinforced concrete beams reinforced with carbon fiber reinforcement and 1 unreinforced reinforced concrete beam for bending test,and conducted a comparative analysis on their bending properties,and further studied the influence of different adhesive areas and different carbon fiber layers on the bending properties of beams.The results show that the mid-span section of the concrete beams reinforced by carbon fiber is basically consistent with the plane assumption.The yield load and ultimate load of the concrete beam reinforced with carbon fiber are significantly increased,from 35 kN to 50 kN,and with the increase of the number of carbon fiber paste layers,the yield load is increased from 50 kN to 65 kN,which has a remarkable reinforcement effect and effectively improves the overall stiffness of the beam.
