摘  要:文中以乐居春华小区项目案例,以建筑持力层全风化花岗岩为研究对象,进行层平板载荷试验。试验结果表明,有2处测点分别加载412.5、495 kPa时失败,原因是基坑遭受泡水、加载时间延后。剩余3处测点的地基土承载特征值均为330 kPa,荷载下沉降达29.78~37.71 mm,总沉降量为6~8 mm,满足设计要求。In the case of Leju Chunhua Community project,the weathered granite of the building holding layer is taken as the test object.Based on the test results of each test point,the strategies to ensure the test accuracy are summarized,such as reasonable arrangement of test points,grasp of the operation process and improve the control measures.The research results show that:Two test points failed to load 412.5、495 kPa respectively because the foundation pit suffered from water soaking and the loading time was delayed.The bearing characteristics of the foundation soil at the remaining 3 test points are 330 kPa,which meets the design requirements.
