摘 要:为响应国家节能减排战略,建设超低能耗多层住宅建筑,文中计算了不同季节暖通系统能耗值,分析了建筑结构能耗构成,提出了空调系统能耗优化设计方案。结果表明,夏季空调总冷负荷为224.6 kW,冬季空调总冷负荷与夏季空调冷负荷相比降低了12.3%;建筑结构能耗构成中,年耗冷量占比最高达到68%;最低为年耗热量仅仅为1%;空调系统优化设计方案包括双级直膨高效热回收型新风机组+制冷剂流量变频多联式空调机组、送排风管道与热回收型新风机组对接、屋顶设置光伏阵列,利用上述方案取得了较好的建筑结构节能效果。In response to the national strategy of energy conservation and emission reduction,the construction of ultra-low energy consumption multi-storey residential buildings.This paper calculates and analyzes the energy consumption of HVAC system in different seasons,analyzes the energy consumption composition of building structure,and puts forward the energy consumption optimization design scheme of air conditioning system.The results show that the total cooling load of air conditioners in summer is 224.6 kW,and the total cooling load of air conditioners in winter is reduced by 12.3%compared with that in summer.In the structure of building energy consumption,the annual cooling consumption accounted for 68%;The minimum annual heat consumption is only 1%;The optimal design scheme of the air conditioning system includes double direct expansion high efficiency heat recovery type fresh air unit+refrigerant flow frequency conversion multi-coupled air conditioning unit,air supply and exhaust pipe and heat recovery type fresh air unit joint,photovoltaic array set on the roof,using the above scheme has obtained effective building structure energy-saving effect.
