新时期保护开发特色型城边村村庄规划编制与发展策略探索——以福建省惠安县赤土尾村为例

摘　　要：城镇化进程中,城镇周边地区保护开发特色型村庄往往面临着内生生长乏力的困境和挑战。文中以福建省惠安县赤土尾村为例,剖析现状资源条件、面临困境与发展诉求,从规划项目编制等五大层面,到运营主体建设等四个角度展开论述,探索适合该类型村庄的规划编制方法与发展策略,以促进村庄的内生生长和有序更新。In the process of urbanization,the conservation and development of characteristic type villages in the surrounding areas of cities and towns are often faced with the dilemma and challenge of endogenous weak growth.This article analyzes the current resource conditions,difficulties and development demands,and takes Chituwei Village of Hui'an County in Fujian Province as an example to expand a discussion from the five aspects including planning project preparation,to the four aspects including the construction of operating subjects.And through exploring the planning method and development strategy suitable for this type of village,it will promote the endogenous growth and orderly renewal of the village.
