摘  要:早期的输煤皮带栈桥楼面设计中均未考虑防水,而防煤尘冲洗水及洗煤残留水长期作用对输煤栈桥的楼板和支架造成了严重腐蚀。文中总结了输煤栈桥现状的防水问题,通过对比目前常用防水材料的特性,结合工程经验提出一种施工便捷的输煤栈桥楼面增设防水工法以及一种能够抵抗大变形的防水保温变形缝做法。经检验,该工法防水效果优良。In the early design of coal conveyor trestle floors,waterproofing was not considered.However,the long-term effects of coal dust wash water and wash coal residue water have caused severe corrosion to both the floors and supports of the conveyor trestles.This paper summarizes the current situation of waterproofing problems in coal transportation bridges.By comparing the characteristics of commonly used waterproofing materials and combining engineering experience,a waterproof method for adding waterproofing to the floor of coal transportation bridges with simple construction is proposed,as well as a waterproof insulation deformation joint method that can resist large deformation.The effectiveness of this method has been verified through practical engineering applications.
