摘 要:为改善CFG桩承载力不足的问题,文中以贵州思南县某建筑工程为例,对房屋CFG单桩以及复合地基极限承载力及完整性进行检测,揭示CFG单桩以及复合地基破坏原因,并提出相应处理措施。实践表明,CFG桩均为Ⅰ类桩,其桩身完整性良好。载荷-沉降量曲线表现先缓慢增加后快速增加;水平较小时,沉降量增长较为缓慢;随着载荷水平的增加,沉降量开始迅速增长;地下水位上升引起周边土体饱和度和黏聚力增加,进而降低CFG桩基的承载性能。综合多种因素,采用二次补桩+增大面积置换率技术对CFG复合地基增强处理,承载力得到大幅提升,取得良好效果。In order to improve the insufficient bearing capacity of CFG piles,this paper takes a construction project in Sinan County,Guizhou province as an example to test the ultimate bearing capacity and integrity of CFG single piles and composite foundations of houses,reveal the failure reasons of CFG single piles and composite foundations,and put forward corresponding treatment measures.Practice has proved that the practice shows that CFG piles are class I piles,and the integrity of the pile body is good.The load-settlement curve showed a slow increase at first and then a rapid increase.When the level is small,the sedimentation volume increases slowly.With the increase of the load level,the settlement began to increase rapidly.The rise of groundwater level causes the increase of saturation and cohesion of surrounding soil,which reduces the bearing performance of CFG pile foundation.Based on various factors,the bearing capacity of CFG composite foundation is greatly improved by using the technology of secondary pile filling+increasing area replacement rate.
