摘 要:为优化砌体结构框架托换拆墙结构设计方案,文中以湖北某建筑工程为研究对象,详细介绍砌体结构框架托换拆墙结构设计方案,并利用SAP2000有限元模拟手段验证其可靠性及抗震性能。结果表明,综合不同托梁型式优缺点,确定本工程换拆墙结构方式为混凝土双夹梁。竖向荷载及水平荷载作用下加固后墙梁各个指标均满足设计要求,设计方案合理。工后整个结构楼层抗震性能与原结构各楼层相比,加固后各楼层位移和最大层间位移角均有所降低,各楼层剪力有所增加,表明加固后整个楼层具有良好的抗震性能,即施工效果良好。In order to optimize the structural design scheme of masonry structure,a construction project in Hubei Province was taken as the research object to introduce the structural design scheme of masonry structure frame replacement and demolition wall in detail,and SAP2000 finite element simulation method was used to verify its reliability and seismic performance.The results show that by comparing the advantages and disadvantages of different joist types,it is determined that the structural mode of wall replacement and removal in this project is concrete double-sandwiched beams.Each index of the reinforced rear wall beam under vertical load and horizontal load meets the design requirements,and the design scheme is reasonable.Compared with each floor of the original structure,the seismic performance of the whole structure after construction,the displacement of each floor and the maximum displacement Angle of each floor after reinforcement are reduced,and the shear force of each floor is increased,indicating that the whole floor has good seismic performance after reinforcement,that is,the construction effect is good.
