摘 要:大型高铁站房承轨层多采用基于传统波纹管的有黏结预应力混凝土结构形式,承轨层重载,大跨的性质决定了结构梁截面尺寸大、钢筋配置多现象,导致承轨层梁柱核心区节点处理困难,留下质量隐患。文中通过对承轨层结构预应力形式进行优化,解决了预应力过梁柱核心区处理困难等问题,同时缩短了工期,降低了施工成本,可为同类工程提供借鉴。The rail support layer of large high-speed railway stations often adopts a bonded prestressed concrete structure based on traditional corrugated pipes.The heavy load and large-span nature of the rail support layer determine the phenomenon of large beam section size and multiple steel reinforcement configurations.This has led to difficulties in handling the nodes in the core area of the beam column support layer,leaving quality hazards.By optimizing the prestressing form of the track bearing layer structure,problems such as difficulty in handling the core area of prestressed beams and columns have been solved,while shortening the construction period and reducing construction costs.It can be used as a reference for similar projects.
