摘 要:为提升CFG桩单桩的承载能力,文中以某公共建筑为研究对象,利用有限元软件ANSYS建立有限元模型,分析不同因素对单桩承载力的影响。结果表明,桩土应力比随垫层厚度的增加表现为先快速下降后稳定(垫层厚度>150 mm)的趋势;随着垫层模量的增加同样先快速增加后趋于稳定(垫层模量超过100 MPa),但增加速率越来越小;随着桩土模量比的增加,桩土应力比同样先快速增加后趋于稳定(桩土模量比大于200)。检验模型精度可知,单桩复合地基承载力预测精度等级为好,桩基承载力预测值及实测值误差均低于10%,满足工程精度需求,建立的灰色理论预测模型合理可靠。In order to improve the bearing capacity of a single CFG pile,this paper takes a public building as the research object and uses finite element software ANSYS to establish a finite element model to analyze the influence of different factors on the bearing capacity of a single pile.The results show that with the increase of cushion thickness,the pile soil stress ratio decreases rapidly at first and then becomes stable(cushion thickness>150 mm).With the increase of cushion modulus,it also increases rapidly at first and then tends to be stable(cushion modulus exceeds 100 MPa),but the increasing rate becomes smaller and smaller.With the increase of pile-to-soil modulus ratio,the pile-tosoil stress ratio also increases rapidly first and then tends to be stable(pile-to-soil modulus ratio is greater than 200).By testing the accuracy of the model,it can be seen that the prediction accuracy of the bearing capacity of single pile composite foundation is good,and the errors of the predicted value and measured value of the bearing capacity of pile foundation are both lower than 10%,which meets the demand of engineering accuracy.The grey theory prediction model established is reasonable and reliable.
