摘 要:武汉控股大厦深基坑工程场地及周边环境条件都特别复杂。文中根据该工程项目的实际情况,深入分析了影响深基坑支护方案的相关因素,并设计了三种深基坑支护方案,针对这三种支护方案,分别从经济和施工角度进行对比分析,最终选用出最合理的支护方案,并将其运用于工程施工中,为本工程创造了显著的工期效益和经济效益。这是极少数在特别复杂基坑中取得成功的案例,可为同类型工程的设计及施工提供宝贵的经验。Site and surrounding environmental conditions of deep foundation pit engineering are particularly complex at Wuhan Holding Building.According to the actual situation of this engineering,this article deeply analyzes the related factors that affect the supporting scheme and designs three kinds of supporting schemes of deep foundation pit.In view of the three kinds of supporting schemes,this article have carried on the contrast analysis from the economic angle and the construction angle.In the end,the most reasonable supporting scheme is selected and successfully applied in the construction,which creates remarkable time-limit benefit and economic benefit for the engineering.This is a very few successful cases in the particularly complex foundation pit,it provides valuable experience for design and construction of similar engineering.
