摘 要:为优化配筋砌块砌体剪力墙结构设计方案,文中以福建某建筑工程为例,对钢筋混凝土剪力墙和配筋砌块砌体剪力墙的抗震性能及工程造价进行分析。结果表明,两种剪力墙结构的抗震效果相差不大,但配筋砌块砌体剪力墙结构的总造价比钢筋混凝土剪力墙结构的造价低了7.1%;当材料价格变动及材料类型变更时,配筋砌块砌体剪力墙结构工程材料总造价分别提升3.1%及14.1%。说明配筋砌块砌体剪力墙结构具有优良性能及经济效益。In order to optimize the design scheme of reinforced block masonry shear wall structure,the seismic performance and engineering cost of reinforced concrete shear wall and reinforced block masonry shear wall were analyzed by taking a building project in Fujian Province as an example.The results show that the seismic effect of the two shear wall structures is not much different,but the total cost of the reinforced block masonry shear wall structure is 7.1%lower than that of the reinforced concrete shear wall structure.When the material price changes and the material type changes,the total cost of reinforced block masonry shear wall structural engineering increases by 3.1%and 14.1%respectively.In short,the reinforced block masonry shear wall structure has excellent performance and economic benefits.
