摘　　要：为全面审视投资控制策略的有效性,实现资金优化配置,文中以某河道综合整治工程为例,基于AHP法构建了市政工程项目投资控制效果评价模型,并根据实证分析结果提出了对策建议。研究表明,案例工程项目在组织环境控制方面取得了显著成效,但在投资活动控制、投资风险控制以及监督沟通控制方面仍有待加强。文中研究对于提高市政工程项目的投资效率、保障项目顺利实施具有重要意义。In order to comprehensively examine the effectiveness of the investment control strategy and realize the optimal allocation of funds,this paper takes a river comprehensive improvement project as an example,constructs an evaluation model of investment control effect of municipal engineering projects based on the AHP method,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions based on the empirical analysis results.The results show that the case engineering project has a good effect in organizational environmental control,while the control of investment activities,investment risks,and supervision and communication control are poor.The research in this paper is of great significance for improving the investment efficiency of municipal engineering projects and ensuring the smooth implementation of the projects.
