摘 要:文中设计制作了三种不同连接长度的UHPC后浇梁构件,采用超声断层成像技术对构件在受弯破坏前后的内部缺陷进行检测,并在UHPC与普通混凝土界面位置进行钻孔取芯。结果表明,采用超声断层成像技术检测构件内部缺陷时,应结合设计图纸排除钢筋强反射点;构件受弯破坏后,超声波成像图中的强反射区域明显增多;超声断层成像检测结果与破损取芯结果吻合度较高。超声断层成像技术具有成果直观、检测效率高等优点,在UHPC连接构件内部缺陷无损检测中具有良好的应用前景。Three types of UHPC post cast beam with different connection lengths were designed and manufactured in this paper.Ultrasonic tomography technology was used to detect internal defects of the components before and after bending failure,and core sampling verification was conducted on the interface position between UHPC and ordinary concrete.The results indicate that strong reflection points of steel bars should be excluded in conjunction with the design drawings when using ultrasonic tomography technology to detect internal defects in components;strong reflection area in the ultrasonic imaging images increases significantly after bending failure;ultrasonic tomography detection results are consistent with the damaged core sampling results.Ultrasonic tomography technology has the advantages of intuitive results and high detection efficiency,and has good application prospects in non-destructive testing of internal defects in UHPC connecting components.
