摘  要:针对斜拉桥拉索在寒冷环境中的表面积冰,文中研究了超疏水涂层对典型雨凇和雾凇结冰条件下桥梁拉索积冰过程的影响,通过高速相机记录了两种不同表面的拉索模型表面积水输送和动态积冰过程。研究表明,超疏水涂层会显著影响拉索的动态积冰过程。在雨凇结冰条件下,高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)表面的拉索在下游积聚了大量绕流的细流和冰,超疏水表面(SHS)的拉索只在前缘区域周围积聚了水团和冰。The effect of superhydrophobic coating on the surface icing process of cable-stayed bridge cables in cold environments under typical glaze and rime icing conditions was studied.The surface water transport and dynamic icing process of two cable models with different surface were recorded by a high-speed camera.Research has shown that superhydrophobic coatings can significantly affect the dynamic icing process of cables.For glaze icing condition,while the cable with original High Density Polyethylene(HDPE)surface accreted a lot of running back water rivulets and ice at further downstream,the cable with Super-hydrophobic Surfaces(SHS)only accumulated water mass and ice around the leading edge region.
