摘 要:为研究废弃陶瓷骨料在不同高温条件下对高性能混凝土力学性能的影响,文中使用废弃陶瓷骨料替代石英砂制成高性能混凝土试件,并在200~800℃温度范围内评估其质量损失、抗折和抗压性能。结果表明,随着温度的升高,混凝土试件的质量损失逐渐增加,且在200~800℃温度范围内,平均质量损失分别为9.79、28.02、32.61、35.64 g。此外,随着温度升高,不同废弃陶瓷掺量混凝土试块的抗折强度和抗压强度先增加后减少。在100%废弃陶瓷掺量下,混凝土在各种高温条件下均表现出最优抗折和抗压强度。In order to study the effect of waste ceramic aggregate on the mechanical properties of high-performance concrete under different high temperature conditions,this paper used waste ceramic aggregate instead of quartz sand to make high-performance concrete specimens,and evaluated its mass loss,bending and compressive properties in the temperature range of 200~800℃.The results show that the mass loss of concrete specimens increases gradually with the increase of temperature,and in the temperature range of 200~800℃,the average mass loss is 9.79、28.02、32.61、35.64 g,respectively.In addition,with the increase of temperature,the flexural strength and compressive strength of concrete test blocks with different waste ceramic contents first increase and then decrease.The optimum bending and compressive strength of concrete is obtained under various high temperature conditions with 100%waste ceramic content.
