摘 要:文中以某建筑垃圾治理和资源化利用项目为例,应用不同粉碎级数和筛分工艺处理建筑垃圾,通过物理性能测试和显微结构分析评估再生骨料质量。研究表明,二级粉碎结合三级筛分工艺可显著提高再生骨料的密度和强度,降低含泥量和吸水率。优化后的再生骨料性能接近天然骨料,满足相关标准要求,为建筑垃圾资源化利用提供技术支持。Taking a construction waste treatment and resource utilization project as an example,different grinding stages and screening processes were used to treat construction waste,and the quality of recycled aggregate was evaluated through physical property testing and microstructure analysis.The results show that the two-stage grinding combined with three-stage screening can significantly improve the density and strength of recycled aggregate,and reduce the mud content and water absorption.The performance of the optimized recycled aggregate is close to that of natural aggregate,which meets the requirements of relevant standards and provides technical support for the resource utilization of construction waste.
