摘 要:为研究高温作用对玄武岩机制砂混凝土抗压性能的影响,文中对玄武岩机制砂混凝土经型箱式高温马弗炉高温加热后混凝土外观变化、质量损失率和抗压强度进行试验研究。结果表明,高温作用后玄武岩机制砂混凝土外观颜色变化显著,质量损失率随温度升高呈线性增长,残余抗压强度呈先增长后减小的变化趋势,800℃时,立方体和圆柱体的质量损失率分别为8.57%和10.23%,残余抗压强度分别为5.68MPa和3.64MPa,强度保持率分别为12.95%和9.64%;基于两种试件高温后的残余抗压强度,建立二者的强度转换关系式,相关系数高达0.95,说明此方程在实际应用中的合理性。In order to study the effect of high temperature on the compressive performance of basalt-made sand concrete,the appearance change,mass loss rate and compressive strength of basalt-made sand concrete after high temperature heating by box type high temperature Muffle furnace were investigated.The results show that the appearance color of basalt-made sand concrete changes significantly after high temperature,the mass loss rate increases linearly with the temperature increasing,and the residual compressive strength increases first and then decreases.At 800℃,the mass loss rates of cube and cylinder are 8.57%and 10.23%,respectively.The residual compressive strength was 5.68 MPa and 3.64MPa,and the strength retention rate was 12.95%and 9.64%,respectively.Based on the residual compressive strength of the two specimens after high temperature,the strength conversion relationship between them is established,and the correlation coefficient is as high as 0.95,which shows the rationality of the equation in practical application.
