摘　　要：目前,五级三类国土空间规划体系已基本形成,空间规划由蓝图型规划转向治理型规划,村庄规划作为法定详细规划,对乡村地区发展尤为重要。然而,以往快节奏式村庄规划虽覆盖广、效率高,但干预性强、质量较低,也影响了村庄的高质量、可持续发展。文章依托已编制完成的规划成果,运用综合评价方法,对乡村现状、成果实施及社会影响进行单项打分,深化细化评价指标,运用定量与定性结合的AHP法对16个指标进行综合评价,预估规划方案的可操作性,从而得到青山溪村规划成果的实施潜力分值为7.47分,属于能用的规划成果。同时,针对规划在实施过程中的现实问题,提出成果质量提升方案,做好新时代村庄规划编制管理工作。Currently,a five-tiered and three-category territorial spatial planning system has essentially been established,shifting spatial planning from blueprint-based to governanceoriented.Village planning,as a statutory detailed plan,holds particular significance for the development of rural areas.However,while previous rapid-paced village planning achieved broad coverage and high efficiency,it also suffered from strong intervention and low quality,which hindered the high-quality and sustainable development of villages.This article relies on the completed results,employs a comprehensive evaluation method to individually score the current situation of villages,implementation of results,and social impact,deepens and refines evaluation indicators,and utilizes the quantitative and qualitative AHP method to comprehensively evaluate 16 indicators,estimating the operability of the planning scheme.Consequently,the implementation potential score of the planning results for Qingshanxi village is 7.47,indicating that the planning results are usable.Meanwhile,in response to practical issues encountered during the implementation of the plan,a plan for enhancing the quality of results is proposed to effectively manage the compilation and management of village planning in the new era.
