摘　　要：红色基因是中国共产党发展壮大的密码,是宝贵的资政育人精神财富。以红色基因涵育新时代好青年具有显著优势,有助于坚定新时代青年胸怀“国之大者”的志气、增强“威武不屈”的骨气、涵养应对“惊涛骇浪”的底气。红色基因的精神内核同新时代好青年的核心要义具有内在的贯通性、高度契合性和实践要求上的共通性。以红色基因涵育新时代好青年必须要创新教育方式、建强实践平台、优化传播格局、壮大队伍力量,不断提高红色基因涵育新时代好青年的针对性、实效性和时代感,激发新时代青年在强国建设、民族复兴的壮阔新征程上当好开路先锋、事业闯将。The red gene is the code for the development and growth of the Communist Party of China,and it is a valuable spiritual wealth for political education and education.Cultivating good young people in the new era with red genes has significant advantages,which will help strengthen the ambition of young people in the new era to have the ambition of“the great man of the country”,enhance the backbone of“mighty and unyielding”and cultivate the confidence to deal with“stormy waves”.The spiritual core of the red gene and the core essence of good youth in the new era have internal coherence,high compatibility and commonality in practical requirements.To educate good young people in the new era with red genes,we must innovate education methods,build a strong practice platform,optimize the communication pattern and strengthen the strength of the team,so as to continuously improve the pertinence,effectiveness and sense of the times of educating good young people in the new era with red genes and inspire young people in the new era to be good pioneers and career leaders on the magnificent new journey of building a strong country and national rejuvenation.
