摘　　要：社会主义文化强国建设既是进一步全面深化改革的重要任务,也是推进中国式现代化的重要引擎。社会主义文化强国建设以发展具有强大思想引领力、精神凝聚力、价值感召力、国际影响力的新时代中国特色社会主义文化为具体目标。从其动力要素来看,中国共产党的坚强领导是根本保证,人民群众的集体创造是内在动力,“第二个结合”的思想解放是源头活水,科学技术的牵引赋能是创新动力,中外文化的交流互鉴是外部动力。未来,社会主义文化强国建设必须坚持“权”与“责”相结合、坚持“供”与“求”相协调、坚持“体”与“用”相贯通、坚持“内”与“外”相交融,切实提高社会主义文化强国的建设成效。The construction of socialist cultural power is not only an important task for further deepening reform in an all-round way,but also an important engine for promoting Chinese-style modernization.The construction of a socialist cultural power is aimed at developing socialist culture with Chinese characteristics in the new era with strong ideological leadership,spiritual cohesion,value appeal and international influence.From the perspective of its driving elements,the strong leadership of the Communist Party of China is the fundamental guarantee,the collective creation of the people is the internal driving force,the ideological emancipation of the“second combination”is the source of living water,the traction and empowerment of science and technology is the driving force for innovation and the exchange and mutual learning of Chinese and foreign cultures is the external driving force.In the future,the construction of a socialist cultural power must adhere to the combination of“power”and“responsibility”,adhere to the coordination of“supply”and“demand”,adhere to the integration of“body”and“use”,and adhere to the integration of“internal”and“external”,so as to effectively improve the effectiveness of the construction of a socialist cultural power.
