摘 要:南水北调配套工程大兴支线工程第十三标段顶管施工项目,施工距离长,并且存在曲线段。根据工程特点,研发一种内穿钢管装置,并结合原位焊接方法组合施工,工程应用表明:以Y型坡口作为焊口,可最大提升钢管的抗拉强度;内穿钢管法相对顶推牵引法与专用台车法,在管道运输过程中,分别节省资金181万元与136万元,施工效率提升47.3%和19.6%,相对专用台车法,可降低竖井建设资金247.8万元。该技术具有施工速度快、成本低、环境影响小的特点,具有较好的经济、社会效益,可在类似工程中推广应用。Section 13 of the Daxing branch of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project involves a pipe jacking construction with a long construction distance and curved sections.Considering the project's characteristics,an internal steel pipe device was developed and combined with in-situ welding techniques.Engineering applications demonstrated that using a Y-groove as the welding joint significantly improved the tensile strength of the steel pipe.Compared to the push-pull method and the special trolley method,the internal steel pipe method saved 1.81 million yuan and 1.36 million yuan during pipeline transportation,and increased construction efficiency by 47.3%and 19.6%.Additionally,the shaft construction costs were reduced by 2.478 million yuan compared to the special trolley method.This technology offers fast construction speed,low cost,and minimal environmental impact,which provide significant economic and social benefits and make it suitable for promotion and application in similar projects.
