摘 要:为对泵站机组运行过程中的性能水平和退化状态进行精确量化评估,以前柳林泵站为例,开展机组健康状态评价研究。通过构建目标层、设备层、要素层和指标层等4个层次的评价体系,筛选影响设备状态的关键指标参数,并给出评价标准,采用层次分析法量化计算泵站机组评分,实现了泵站机组实时评价,前柳林泵站案例表明评价结果能够反映机组状况,可以为泵站运维决策提供支撑。To accurately quantify the performance and degradation of the pumping station,the health status evaluation of the unit was conducted.Given the complex structure and numerous influencing factors of pumping station units,a four-level evaluation system was established,consisting of the target layer,equipment layer,factor layer,and index layer.The key index parameters affecting the equipment status were screened,and the evaluation standard was defined.The analytic hierarchy process was applied to quantitatively calculate the scores of the pumping station unit,enabling real-time evaluation of its condition.The case study of Qianliulin pumping station demonstrated that the evaluation results reflected the status of the unit and provided support for the operation and maintenance decision.
